Are you looking for meeting rooms for hire in Paddington and West London? The Studio and Nest at Grand Junction are available to hire weekdays. Both spaces are ideal for meetings, away days, work-shops, mentoring sessions, and conveniently located near Paddington station, Warwick Road or Royal Oak Underground.

The Studio and Nest are both purpose-built, contemporary spaces, designed by award-winning practice Dow Jones Architects

Modern, bright and airy, you can be sure that your time away from the office is as productive as possible.

Are you looking for conference facilities? The Studio and Nest can be hired as part of a larger booking to include the historic Nave and Undercroft.

We offer flexible room only hire options. You can also make the most of your meeting or away day with an early evening drinks reception in our other historic spaces – see our Corporate Events page for more details.

  • Our meeting rooms are available to hire Mondays-Fridays 9am-6pm
  • Early Bird, Evenings and Saturdays by special arrangement
  • Studio £50/hour
  • Nest £25/hour
  • We offer a special rate for Charities. Please contact us to learn more.

All meeting room hire packages include:

Day delegate rate packages are available, with options for full, half-day, breakfast and lunch rates. We work closely with our in-house Café and Catering Team to bring you our special packages which offer excellent value for money.

NAVE

The main space is the Nave of St Mary Magdalene Church and is perfect for concerts, comedy, spoken word, dance events, filming and photo-shoots.

The Nave offers staging and seating for up to 350 guests. All seats have excellent sightline to the stage. Staging is flexible and can be moved according to your requirements.

UNDERCROFT

The Undercroft is the atmospheric crypt of St Mary Magdalene Church and is perfect for small concerts, comedy, spoken word, book launches, exhibitions, interviews, receptions, filming and photo-shoots.

The Undercroft offers seating for up to 100 guests. The space has restricted sightlines due to the pillars but with creative staging and lighting is transformed in one of the most unique performance spaces in London.

The Undercroft is the home of our Bar open during concerts and performances.

STUDIO

A modern, bright room overlooking the Grand Union Canal, the Studio is ideal for workshops, meetings, and team away days. The room has built in AV and seats up to 30 people in a Boardroom or Classroom set-up.

The Studio also serves as a Green Room for music events in the Nave.

NEST

A modern, intimate room perfect for counselling, small meetings or tutoring. Seats up to 6 people.

The Nest also serves as a small dressing room for music events in the Nave or Undercroft.

Be enchanted by our spectacular venue and award‑winning catering

Our meeting rooms are available for hire from 9:30am to 5pm Monday – Friday. Access from 9.00am, typically the room must be completely cleared by 5:30pm.

Spaces are available for evening hire and performances from 6pm to 11pm.

Catering is available from our in-house caterers.

All our spaces and facilities are wheelchair accessible via our lift in the modern annex. Please inform us in advance if you have special requirements.
