Upon Purchase of a ticket through DICE FM, as well as on the day of the event, you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided to DICE FM during your registration to the App or the Services containing any additional details about the event. It is your responsibility to check these details carefully before the event. Your ticket is stored on the DICE App, and is found by clicking on the ‘tickets’ option of the App menu.  Your ticket is required for entry to the venue or access to the stream, and must be presented upon request for each ticket holder.

  1. Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges

Other than as set out in this clause, refunds are not permitted except when the performance is cancelled, rescheduled to a new date, or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.

When more than half of the performance has taken place, we may, at our discretion, refund you the face value of the Tickets purchased.

The booking and administration fee on purchased tickets is non-refundable.

All sales at the time of purchase are final and no amendments can be made to the order, we may amend tickets where possible, but this is at our discretion.

If multiple performances of the same title are available, we may transfer tickets where possible, but this is at our discretion. Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries, as it may not be possible to rectify mistakes closer to the performance date.

If the event is sold out and/or you are unable to attend, we may, at our discretion, offer to resell tickets on your behalf (but shall in no circumstances be obliged to do so). If you wish to request a refund, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 14 days before the performance date. Please reach out to us at tickets@grandjunction.org.uk or 0207 266 8258.

If an event is postponed, the ticket will be valid for the rearranged date, and you shall be entitled to a refund if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date. To request a refund, you must do so at least 30 days before the rescheduled event date; refunds will not be available after this time.

Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the Tickets. Refunds are not permitted to an alternative payment card.

  1. Waiting List:

When an event has sold out and as agreed with Grand Junction, and partner ticket platform may enable the Waiting List feature for that event.

You may have the option to offer your ticket to the Waiting List via the App or the Services in order for it to be offered to other users of the App or the Services, so long as the return is made prior to the deadline set by the Venue.

Once you have agreed to offer your ticket to the Waiting List, you forfeit your rights to the ticket(s), and they will no longer exist in your account during the Waiting List period. If the ticket(s) offered is not successfully Purchased by another user from the Waiting List, the ticket(s) will be returned to your account prior to the Event Partner’s deadline, and you will be able to use the ticket, but not be eligible for a refund. If the ticket(s) is successfully Purchased by another user from the Waiting List before the deadline, it will be deemed to have been resold by the Event Partner to the new purchaser, and your rights to the ticket will cease entirely, and a full refund of your original Purchase for that ticket(s) will be provided to you. You will not be paid the difference (if any) between the original Purchase price and the price for which the ticket was resold for, if higher (with such difference being the “Waiting List Fee”).
