Perfect for concerts Grand Junction is a magnificent space for special music events.
The building has already hosted an array of talent such as Sam Lee and The Nest Collective, Band of Burns, Lisa Knapp, Irish Music and Dance London, artists from MDE ONE – Music Declares Emergency Against Climate Change – and more.
Since September 2019 Grand Junction has been showcasing an exciting mix of local and London based young and emerging artists, such as rapper Kitch Official, Tertia May, The International Lovers.
The venue was one of 50 iconic venues across London participating in the 2019 Emerge Festival showcasing London artists Molly Burman and Kate Stewart
Music Concerts
Grand Junction is available for hire as a classical or contemporary music performance venue – for classical concerts, Christmas concerts, choral and even opera – as a rehearsal space and for recordings. The church is Grade I* listed and is renowned for its superb acoustics for small sized orchestras and choral programmes.
The church of St Mary Magdalene hosts Christmas Carol Concerts for local schools and charities at reduced rates.
The Nave
The Nave offers staging and seating for up to 350 guests. All seats have excellent sightline to the stage. Staging is flexible and can be moved according to your requirements.

The Undercroft
Alternatively book the Undercroft in the atmospheric crypt of St Mary Magdalene Church, perfect for small concerts and acoustic performances.
The Undercroft offers seating for up to 110 guests. The space has restricted sightlines due to the pillars but with creative staging and lighting is transformed in one of the most unique performance spaces in London. The Undercroft is the home of our Bar open during concerts and performances.
The church is a Grade 1 listed historic landmark, a working church and a centre for the local community. As such we have an 11pm performance curfew. Doors can open from 6pm, start times to be agreed with hire.

UNDERCROFT
The Undercroft is the atmospheric crypt of St Mary Magdalene Church and is perfect for small concerts, comedy, spoken word, book launches, exhibitions, interviews, receptions, filming and photo-shoots.
The Undercroft is the home of our Bar open during concerts and performances.

STUDIO
A modern, bright room overlooking the Grand Union Canal, the Studio is ideal for workshops, meetings, and team away days. The room has built in AV and seats up to 30 people in a Boardroom or Classroom set-up.
The Studio also serves as a Green Room for music events in the Nave.
