COMMUNITY KNIT & STITCH FREESTYLE

Whether you’re a seasoned seamstress or a novice with a needle, this welcoming circle invites all skill levels to gather and share the joy of crafting and textiles. This is an open space to come together each week to exchange ideas, patterns, and techniques, creating a supportive environment where everybody can both learn and contribute. There will be a teacher facilitates the class.

IN-PERSON: At Grand Junction.

You must enrol for this class through WAES (Westminster Adult Education Service).  

When and Where:

Tuesdays 10-1pm at Lisson Grove Centre will be the weekly enrolment/assessment days for Community throughout the year (except half terms /holidays). Address is here: https://www.waes.ac.uk/contact/

Make sure to ask for Community team enrolments at the reception.

You will need to bring the following documents to enrol. Please bring:

• ID: your passport and proof of pre-settled/settled status in the UK (if you are an EEA citizen), or your residence card or applicable visa if not.
• If you are currently working you can bring a recent proof of low income – one month of payslips, your current employment contract or your last tax return.
• If you are not currently working: recent proof of eligible benefits – a benefit letter or bank statement in your name.
