Volunteer and Adult Learning Manager (full time)
We are looking for passionate and experienced person to join the Grand Junction at St Mary Magdalene’s team to manage our busy and varied volunteering and adult learning programme.
You will have a track record of working in a busy arts, heritage or charities setting, delivering either a volunteering programme or a community programme. You will be a self-starter who is passionate about working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, and believes in the potential of volunteering and community learning to improve outcomes and wellbeing.
You will be responsible for managing the volunteering offer to create a successful volunteering experience. You will work with partners and the Creative Director to programme and manage an eclectic, high-quality, adult learning offer, suitable to the needs of the local community.
You will be a key member of the Grand Junction team, contributing to overall strategic decisions and the efficient running of the venue, including making a contribution in the areas of marketing and social media.

The salary is £33,000
