Sign up now for this fantastic free six-week course for you and your baby aged 0-6 months.

Our baby massage course is delivered by the Westbourne Maternity Champions, who are fully trained and qualified in baby massage. In this course, you will learn massage techniques that can help your baby sleep better, strengthen the bond between you and your baby, and support wellbeing of both baby and parent. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other local parents.

The team can also provide breastfeeding support and can signpost you to other local services and classes in the area to support you on your parenting journey.
