Sign up now for this fantastic free course for you and your baby. Our baby massage course is delivered by the Westbourne Community Champions who are fully trained and qualified in baby massage.
The team can also provide breastfeeding support and can sign post onto other local services and classes in the area to support you on your parenting journey.
In this course you will learn massage techniques for your baby that encourage them to sleep better, create a bond between baby and parent and improves a sense of wellbeing for both baby and parent.
