Sign up now for this fantastic free course for you and your baby aged 0-6 months. Our baby massage course is delivered by the Westbourne Maternity Champions who are fully trained and qualified in baby massage.
In this course, you will learn massage techniques for your baby that encourage them to sleep better, create a bond between baby and parent and improve a sense of wellbeing for both baby and parent. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other local parents.
This class is a six-week course, and runs during term time only.
The team can also provide breastfeeding support and can sign post onto other local services and classes in the area to support you on your parenting journey.
