Mindfulness for Wellbeing

MINDFULNESS FOR WELLBEING

In partnership with Westminster Adult Education Service. 

Led by popular teacher Jessica Clements, this is an introductory course focusing on staying free from depression, stress, anxiety and pain. You will learn how to breathe and move toward a mindful body and mind.

IN PERSON & ON ZOOM. The mindfulness class will be returning to Grand Junction. We will be keeping numbers low and following government guidelines on social distancing and hygiene. We will also have the option to join the live class on Zoom from your home.

Zoom is a video conferencing platform that is free and easy to use (on a computer, smart phone or tablet), and anyone can join a meeting by just clicking the meeting link that you will be sent.
