MINDFULNESS & BREATHWORK FOR WELLBEING
Led by popular teacher Jessica Clements, this is an introductory course focusing on staying free from depression, stress, anxiety and pain. You will learn how to breathe and move toward a mindful body and mind.
ONLINE: During April, this class will take place online. As soon as government restrictions enable us to reopen the building, this class will run in-person at Grand Junction and online.
