MINDFULNESS IS GOING ONLINE!!
An introductory course focusing on staying free from depression, stress, anxiety and pain. You will learn how to breathe and move toward a mindful body and mind.
JOIN TEACHER JESSICA ON ZOOM. The mindfulness class will now take place as a Zoom session from your home. Zoom is a video conferencing platform that is free and easy to use (on a computer, smart phone or tablet), and anyone can join a meeting by just clicking the meeting link that you will be sent.
You need to enrol with WAES for this course: Click on BOOK A PLACE to enrol at the WAES website. This should take around 5 minutes. Any issues email email@example.com or feel free to contact Grand Junction at firstname.lastname@example.org. This is a FREE course.
NOTE: To get the Zoom link quickly (if not time to enrol before the class) either ring/text/ or Whats App Lucy on 07958 542914. You will need to then enrol.
