COMMUNITY ART FOR WELLBEING

Mondays  13.00 – 15.00 (weekly from 12 Jan – 9 Mar 2026)

In partnership with Westminster Adult Education Service

You must enrol for Community Art for Wellbeing through WAES at the Open Day drop-in at Grand Junction (W2 5TF) on Monday 22 September, 1–3pm.

If you are unable to attend the open day, you will need to enrol at Lisson Grove Centre at one of the weekly enrolment days on Tuesdays, 10am–1pm.

Open to anyone interested in experimenting with different methods of drawing, painting and collage, whilst learning about the artists who inspired these approaches. Students will have the opportunity to undertake their own projects, such as an acrylic painting or pencil illustration.

You must enrol for this class through WAES (Westminster Adult Education Service).  

When and Where:

Tuesdays 10-1pm at Lisson Grove Centre will be the weekly enrolment/assessment days for Community throughout the year (except half terms /holidays). Address is here: https://www.waes.ac.uk/contact/

Make sure to ask for Community team enrolments at the reception.

You will need to bring the following documents to enrol. Please bring:

• ID: your passport and proof of pre-settled/settled status in the UK (if you are an EEA citizen), or your residence card or applicable visa if not.
• If you are currently working you can bring a recent proof of low income – one month of payslips, your current employment contract or your last tax return.
• If you are not currently working: recent proof of eligible benefits – a benefit letter or bank statement in your name.
