Our option to hire just the space means you can make the party your own, whether you choose to decorate the venue to match your theme or let the grandeur of the building speak for itself as your guests take in its stunningly ornate architecture.
- Host up to 400 guests for a standing reception, or 250 for a sit-down dinner (We can provide tables and chairs for up to 160 guests)
- Access to the spectacular historic venue and the most magical backdrop for your festive celebrations
- Easy transport links – we are a short walk from Paddington station, Warwick Avenue and Royal Oak station
- Our team will be on hand to support you in organising and delivering your event

NAVE
The Nave is the main space of St Mary Magdalene Church, offering a dramatic backdrop for larger events. Its striking features, including ornate stonework, stained glass, and a beautifully tiled floor, make it one of the most unique spaces in London. With flexible seating, the space can be adapted to suit a wide range of events, making it the perfect venue to impress friends and colleagues during the festive season.
- Capacity: 350 seated theatre style, 250 seated for dinner, 400 standing.
- Ability to plan a Christmas feast or party with dinner and dancing, up to 250 guests can be seated on round tables with room for a dance floor, DJ, Live music and bars.
UNDERCROFT
The Undercroft is the atmospheric crypt of St Mary Magdalene Church and is perfect for those smaller more intimate festive gatherings. With creative staging and lighting is transformed into one of the most unique spaces in London.
- Capacity: Up to 180 guests standing, 110 guests can be seated for a banquet or dinner on round tables, or up to 130 guests for a standing buffet.

Our spaces are available for hire Monday – Saturday. Evening and weekend hires may incur a small surcharge.
All our spaces and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any access requirements.
We have a cafe on site that is open from 9am - 4pm. If you wish to place a large order with the café for lunch or refreshments at your event please let us know in advance.
