And the winners are…
The Grand Junction Lockdown Gallery provides a platform for the outstanding artwork being created by so many young people during isolation. The competition invited young people of all ages to create artwork in response to our hashtag #LockDownCantStopUs, using any medium – drawing, painting, animation, photography, spoken word, music, film or dance.
Our judging panel, formed of our Takeover the Future young people, were blown away by the talent and creativity submitted. We are delighted to announce our winners – Omar, age 15 from Westminster, with ‘Landscape of Afghanistan‘ and runner-up, Saara, age 14 from Batley, West Yorkshire, with ‘My Dad is My Hero‘.
We hope you enjoy all the fantastic creations.
