Want to be part of the exhibition? Now’s your chance! On Tuesday 18 and 25 June (1pm – 3pm), join art curator Dima Karout in a collaborative workshop to contribute to our participatory art installation. The collaborative piece will be presented in a reflective space designed for Palestine, and will be displayed alongside The Places We Carry exhibition. Bring your favourite poem from the Middle East or North Africa to the session to share with the participants.
No prior art experience or workshop attendance is necessary. These sessions are open to adults 18+ with Middle Eastern and North African heritage and who want to contribute to the exhibition. Join us in our friendly and welcoming space to reflect and share together.
Whether you can attend both sessions or only one session, we would love for you to join us.
