Week two- 12 June – Weight management 

Talk through weight management with the equalities Manager at NHS Northwest London

Week three – 19 June – Emotional wellbeing 

Psychotherapist and Counsellor Mihaela Truica discusses the importance of managing our emotional wellbeing

Week four – 26 June – Dementia Care and awareness

Learn about dementia, what to look out for and how to support with the Dementia care navigators

Week five – 3 July – Physical activity for health

Learn about the importance of Physical Activity for health with Thrive Tribe and One You Westminster
