A striking exhibition showcasing the works of twelve Palestinian comic artists as part of Shubbak Festival 2025

Originally showcased at the Lakes International Comic Arts Festival as part of its ongoing exploration of the fascinating world of Arab comics, the exhibition went on to tour in Leeds and Manchester. Now making its way to London, it presents the unique creativity of Palestinian comic artists. Enter the Mulberry Tree and Fly Free reveals these otherwise-obscured artists and their remarkable perspectives on themes from the personal to the geopolitical.

“Enter the Mulberry Tree and Fly Free” features the work of Leila Abdelrazaq, Amal Al-Nakhala, Shahd Al-Shamali, Amer Shomali, Ata Iasmin Omar (also known as Delta), Marguerite Dabaie, Samir Harb, Nour Hifaoui, Michael Jabareen, Khaled Jarada, Mohammad Sabaaneh, and Yamani Fuad.
