This short course will help you understand the basic principles of volunteering, and the key practices underlying volunteering your time and skills. Identify reasons for volunteering, understand your rights and responsibilities, and explore opportunities to volunteer in our area.

These sessions will take place on Zoom, an online video conferencing platform that is free and easy to use on a computer, smart phone or tablet. To join, click BOOK YOUR PLACE. Attendees will be sent log-in details ahead of the course.

In partnership with WAES, Grand Junction is offering a range of learning opportunities for adults based in our learning space overlooking the canal, or in the beautiful interior of the church.
