The Parochial Church Council of St Mary Magdalene Church and the Trustees of Paddington Development Trust hosted an evening of entertainment on Thursday 14 November to celebrate the completion of the construction works at Grand Junction.
Attended by funders, supporters, community partners, and the building’s design and construction team, the evening commemorated all those who have helped to launch our new community venue.
Blondel Cluff CBE, Chair of the Heritage Fund, applauded the project’s achievements in regenerating such an important building, and reinstating it as a space for the whole community.
After 10 years of planning and two years of construction, Grand Junction at St Mary Magdalene’s is now open and ready to deliver on its social, environmental, and spiritual purpose.
